Sectuor Prime Application not Launching

Hi,

So I have just installed Secutor Prime on the new FDCC Q4 images released this Monday. When I initialize the application I get the splash screen that says 'Secutor Prime - Setting the Standard' then that splash screen goes away and nothing happens.

I am thinking the reason this is happening is because the display is set too low but would appreciate confirmation on that. The resolution I am set to is 640x480 with 8 bit color.

Diana,

Sorry for the delayed response. We identified and fixed an issue related to Java Accessibility in early April 2009. The fix was included in Version 3 Build 3003. If you are not using the latest version of Prime, please download it and see if that fixes your problem.
