There are a couple of potential reasons why remediation will not work on a Secutor Prime installation. The most obvious one is that the Secutor Prime Free Edition is being used. The Fix button (remediation) is only active in the commercial version of Secutor Prime. Either purchase a license key from ThreatGuard or contact us for an evaluation key to activate this feature (and others).
Another issue that can cause this behavior is a mismatch between the compliance assessment content and the remediation content. If you have obtained a version of the XCCDF and OVAL S-CAP content directly from NIST or elsewhere and it isn't the same version that ThreatGuard distributed from our update site, this can potentially cause remediation to fail. Our remediation content is closely paired to the compliance content. If this is the case, make sure you select the version of the S-CAP content (using the Assessment Profile Tool) that was provided by ThreatGuard.
